Log In via button in the top-right corner using your Jobrapido credentials valid for Google Cloud Platform tools (ask it-support@jobrapido.com to enable your credentials if you haven’t used them yet)
Download the latest version of the Template file to be used via the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE
Before filling in the file, check the status of the applies already uploaded manually by other users, using this Tableau report
Fill in the file considering the criteria explained below and upload the file via the UPLOAD FILE button
Check the results of the upload procedure: you will receive a success message when the upload is completed or an error message if any of the criteria below is not met
IMPORTANT: There is no deduplication check on data, meaning that if you upload the same row twice those data will be appended (I.e. summed). Before uploading the file ALWAYS double-check that the data you’re uploading have not been already uploaded by somebody else.
VALIDATION CRITERIA TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE FILE UPLOAD
All the mandatory columns (Date, SalesforceID, Country, Website, Account, N° Applies) must be filled
The file must contain at least one row of data (excluding the row containing column titles)
IMPORTANT: There is no validation check on how you type the values of SalesforceID, Website and Account so it’s up to you to type them correctly to avoid mistakes. Before uploading the file ALWAYS double check that these values are the ones actually used in Campaign Manager (or the other tools used for setting un the campaigns)
